Custom Design Process

Step 1: You Have An Idea.

You know exactly what you're looking for but can't seem to find it. Whether it be for a loved one or for yourself, rest assured knowing that Hannoush Jewelers can bring your idea to life. Start by scheduling a 30 minute consultation with one of our experts to discuss your custom piece and how best to make your idea a reality. During this consultation we will draw up your idea and get it ready for step 2.

Step 2: We Refine Your Idea

Within 24-48 hours after your consultation, our designers will render a digital 3D model of the initial sketch. You will receive an email with this model so that any final details can be adjusted to your liking. After the design is approved, it's off to step 3.

Step 3: Your Idea Becomes Reality.

The crafting process takes 2-3 weeks, in which we take special care to perfectly bring the design to life. The skilled jewelers at Hannoush have been handcrafting custom masterpieces for over 30 years, so sleep easy knowing your one of a kind piece is in good hands. After it's finished you can pick it up in the store or have it shipped to you for no extra charge.
