Seiko Astron GPS Solar dual-time chronograph — the third commemorative Limited Edition for Seiko's 145th anniversary. The dial is inspired by "Edo purple," the color of Edo-period Tokyo: a horizontal pattern with varying widths between the upper and lower sections and a gradient finish gives it real depth. Gold-colored accents on the bezel ring and seconds hand, and a titanium bracelet with a mirror-finished ceramic center row, finish the look. Limited to 2,000 pieces worldwide.
Powered by Seiko's GPS solar caliber 5X83: GPS time and time-zone adjustment, world time for 38 cities, a 12-hour chronograph in 1/20-second steps, perpetual calendar to February 28, 2100, and about 6 months of running time on a full charge.
