How long does a custom engagement ring take?
Plan on about three weeks. Your consultation takes 30 minutes, your 3D design arrives within 24–48 hours, and once you approve it, crafting takes 2–3 weeks. Have a proposal date? Tell us and we'll plan around it.
How much does a custom ring cost?
It depends on the diamond or gemstone, the metal and the design — and we design around your budget, not the other way around. You'll get a clear price at your consultation before anything is made.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your 30-minute design consultation is free, with no obligation to buy.
Can I use my own diamond or old gold?
Yes — redesigning inherited or sentimental jewelry is one of our favorite things to do. Bring the piece to your consultation and we'll show you what's possible.
Can I see the design before you make it?
Absolutely. We email you a 3D model within 24–48 hours of your consultation and adjust it until you love it. Nothing is made until you approve.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are always welcome at both stores, but booking guarantees one-on-one time with a design specialist — no waiting.
Do you ship custom jewelry?
Yes. Pick it up at our Hyannis or Falmouth store, or we'll ship it to you at no extra charge.
