Return Policy:

At Hannoush Jewelers, customer satisfaction is a top priority. That's why we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all purchases, as long as the product is still in new condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original packaging and condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at one of our stores in Falmouth or Hyannis. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process. Please note that returns must be in original condition and packaging, and any products that have been damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted.

Shipping Policy:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S. For orders under $100, a shipping fee of $15 will be charged. Our standard shipping method typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can be selected at checkout.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
